Joshua Omilian builds websites and native apps for Mac, iPhone and iPad. He founded Eight-Seven Inc., based in Kitchener–Waterloo, Ontario, Canada's tech hub, where he works with a small team of trusted contractors on client projects.
He calls himself an optimizer at heart, always looking for ways to make things work better and more efficiently. You see it in his web work: sites with real software behind them, e-commerce, and automations that quietly take care of the repetitive work.
On the Mac side, he makes Kopya, a native folder-sync and backup utility, and Shrinker Pro, a free, open-source image compressor built for Apple silicon. He also runs Stacks Weaver, which offers add-ons, articles and one-to-one training for the Stacks web-design community.
Joshua has full backup access to everything we build together and monitors every site we host around the clock. Your site never depends on just one person.
