Mac and Windows, individuals to small businesses — on-site, in-house, or remotely. No call centers, no runaround.
For 31 years I've helped people across Fort Worth & North Central Texas keep their technology working — and understand it a little better. Here's what I do.
I come to you and work at your location.
I pick your computer up, repair it, and return it to you ready to go.
For many issues I can connect securely and fix it without a visit.
From "which computer should I buy?" to a machine that won't start — setup, cleanup, upgrades, and everyday help on both platforms.
Before any repair, I'll tell you honestly whether a computer is even worth fixing. I'd rather have that conversation up front than watch you spend good money on a dead end.
On-site, I work fast to decide what I can fix right there and what's better handled back in my shop — and that call usually saves you money. On-site work is billed by the hour. Anything I take to the shop, though, is a flat rate: one hour of my time plus any parts at my cost, with no markup — even if the repair takes twelve hours.
Most repairs happen in my shop. I pick up your computer, repair it, and return it set up and ready to use. Turnaround is often overnight — sometimes the same day — and for business clients I'll pick up several machines after work on Friday and have them back first thing Monday morning.
When a physical or warranty repair is needed — especially on a Mac — I pinpoint the problem, make sure your files are backed up first, and connect you with Apple or Hardin Computer in Arlington — an Apple Authorized Service Provider I've trusted since they opened. I'm not a manufacturer warranty center myself, but I'll help facilitate the process — and I won't let you spend good money on a bad idea.
Keep the network you already have running reliably — I diagnose and fix problems, add a cable or an extra drop where you need one, and get every device connected.
Email that just works, on every device. I resell (at cost) and look after Fastmail accounts, and set up email and services on all of your devices.
No question is too basic. I'll patiently walk you through your computer or a specific program until it clicks — in person or remotely.
Like to learn at your own pace too? My Training Hub is a growing library of plain-language guides that explain how your computer actually works — no jargon, nothing assumed — so the everyday how-to steps finally make sense.
Visit the Training Hub →A scientist documents everything. After each visit you receive detailed notes on exactly what was done to your computers, networks, routers, and printers — yours to keep, and the reason clients trust the work over decades.
Websites and automated workflows — hosted on my own servers in Dallas. When you're ready to make your business run better, that's a whole area of its own.
A real person, a quick reply.
