Whether you use the Fastmail app or a web browser, signing in works the same way. Here’s the whole process — it takes under a minute.
Sign in, step by step
Open Fastmail
Open the Fastmail app, or go to
fastmail.comin any browser.Click Log in
Click or tap Log in (not Sign up).
Enter your email address
Type your full Fastmail email address, then click Continue.
Enter your password
Type your password to finish. If your account uses two-step verification, you’ll then be asked for a code.
You’re in
Your mail, calendar, and contacts load. You’ll usually stay signed in on your own device.
Your username is your full email address. Enter the whole thing — for example you@fastmail.com, or your custom domain address (like you@yourcompany.com) if your account uses one.
Log in, not Sign up. If you already have a Fastmail address, always choose Log in. Sign up creates a brand-new account.
Forgot your password? On the login screen, click Can’t access your account? to reset it. For your security, never share your password — Fastmail staff will never ask for it.
